Because our services are time-based and customized to each client’s unique needs, we generally do not offer refunds for services that have already been delivered.
- Billing Discrepancies
If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your invoice. We will review the matter promptly and make any corrections if necessary.
- Cancellation of Services
You may cancel your service agreement in accordance with the terms of your signed engagement letter. If you have prepaid for services that have not yet been performed, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the unused portion, minus any administrative fees and applicable charges for work already completed.
- Non-Refundable Fees

Any completed work, consulting time, or delivered reports are non-refundable.
Fees paid to third parties on your behalf (e.g., tax filing fees, government filing fees) are non-refundable.
